My new brain dump place!

I was originaly "Jellybean Productions" but after some further research I found that there were far too many people already rocking the same ident. So I googled "Jam Sausage" and found hardly anyone had this.

I think it sounds cute, also I feel its a good branding move. When someone says to you "ohh have you seen any Jam Sausage?" you'll do a double take and you'll have to know what it is.

So yes!

A little bit about this Blog.

I am a fresh faced graduate of WolverHELLton University. I dont know what I've got yet, but I suspect a 2:1 - 2:2 I hope for the 2:1 but in the end, as long as I get that peice of paper saying "you has degree! go away now!" I'll be happy.

Animation is my game and I'm begining to lean towards digital 2D whereas before I was a traditional forms animator. I still do it, stop motion was my 3rd year peice after all. My REAL development will start now, personal projects and freelance work. I have already started work on 5 advert picthes for Gingerbread Hats:

Out of the 5, 3 will be chosen. they are to be 10-15 second long adverts with the intent of being used at Catwalk London this August. I will be allowed to keep the credit for the adverts, which is great and I get alot of exposier both here in the UK nad abroard. It's unpaied, but I am prepared to do unpaied work for such freedom, and as a way to boost my portfolio. Plus Ange and Chris are awesome.

So what will you see here?

Development work, concept work, animatics, animations, advertising stuff.

I need to work on a still ident image and an animation for my brand. So many animations likley wont be shown until I've done that.
